a. The fees for attending the Workshop is as mentioned on our website. Prices are exclusive of GST.

b. The registration fees include workshop materials as well.

c. The registration fees don’t include accommodation & meals.

d. The Registration Fee must be made in full at the time of submitting the registration form or and in any event prior to the date of the Workshop. If payment is not received within 7 days of your registration, your registration will be cancelled.

a. After the sign up is confirmed & the registration fees is paid, if the participant for any reason is unable to attend the workshop or stay the full duration of the work- shop, the participant cannot be granted a refund in full or in part.

b. If the participant is late at the workshop or prevented from attending the Workshop due to travel delays or any other circumstances, we shall not be obliged to provide a refund or to wait to start the Workshop until you arrive.

In the event of low attendance, we reserve all rights to cancel/reschedule the session. Participants will receive a prior notice and be given the choice to attend the next upcoming workshop or a full refund of the amount of the registration fees that you paid to us.

a. The participants must be appropriately dressed for the workshop.

b. The workshop entails usage of power tools during the model making module there- fore the participants should be comfortable using the same under a supervisor’s guidance.

c. Within the factory premises the participants are expected to adhere to health & safety policies as laid by the instructors/supervisors. Should there be any accident or mishap, we will do our best to provide all possible care & help but we won’t be responsible for the injury.

d. You may not bring any equipment or items of a hazardous or dangerous nature to the Workshop.

e. You shall not cause any damage to any part of the venue (including outside areas, and all inside walls, flooring, fixtures and fittings).

f. You must keep your personal belongings with you at all times and we accept no liability for any damage, loss or theft of any of your belongings or other items brought to the Workshop by you.

We may wish to photograph or film the Workshop and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future workshops or otherwise. Participants are not allowed to photograph or video the Workshop without our prior consent.

a. We will make the accommodation & meal arrangement only when it is mentioned in the registration form. However, in any event if the participant doesn’t find the hotel/food suitable the participant can make their own arrangements.

b. We will not be responsible for any damage, loss or theft of any of your belongings or other items brought to the hotel by you.

c. All payments for the hotel & food arrangement has to be made by the participant at the hotel reception.

d. If you don’t want us to make the arrangements, you shall be responsible for making and paying for your own accommodation & meals arrangements.
